Employee Sales Opportunity Identification Form

This form is to document when a Fulcrum Group team member originates or identifies a sales opportunity at a new prospect or an existing client. See below for eligibility.

The sales opportunity can be for hardware, software or services and must be closed (i.e. invoiced) within 6 months of the product and project opportunity being identified.

For new SPOT Managed IT services opportunities, the prospect must sign their contract within 9 months of the opportunity being identified.

In addition, any employee who recommends an employment candidate who is hired, and remains a Fulcrum employee longer than 90 days, will receive a $500 SPIFF.  If they remain a Fulcrum employee for a full year, the referring employee will receive an additional $1000 SPIFF.

SPIFF Amounts

Product and Project Opportunities

Eligibility: all members of the engineering team (including managers)

Measured as total amount of opportunities closed and invoiced in a month per engineer team member.

SPOT Managed Services (Net New Clients, not already in Fulcrum prospect database)

Eligibility: all staff except Steve, david, and business development team

Must be 2 year term to receive full SPIFF amount from above.  Less than 1 yr = 25% of above SPIFF, 1 yr to 17 mo = 50%, 18 mo to 23 mo = 75%.

Employee Referrals – Candidate must be recommended by Fulcrum employee, must be hired by Fulcrum, and must remain a Fulcrum employee for longer than 90 days.  $500 one-time SPIFF.  If they remain a fulcrum employee for a full year, the referring employee receives an additional $1000 SPIFF.
