Professional Services Engineer-Architect- Keller TX
Keller, TX | Hybrid
Builder. Implementer. Problem Solver. Occasional Diagram Artist.
Who are you?
We’re looking for a builder, a true consultant and technologist who understands the importance of standards and planning.
Someone who enjoys taking a project from idea to reality. You’ll identify opportunities, recommend designs, implement solutions, migrate and upgrade, document, communicate, and occasionally save the planet.
Most weeks it means upgrading network infrastructure, implementing Azure services, replacing servers, migrating SharePoint data, deploying Intune, improving security, or helping a client modernize technology they’ve ignored since the Obama administration. Some weeks that means leaning into newer Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions, or handling a technical support escalation.
While you don’t need to know everything, you do need to love learning.
What have you done?
The ideal person would be keyed into Modern Work and less focused on legacy technologies. That person has successfully completed projects related to at least 5 of our top SMB technology needs, such as
- Windows Server implementations, Users and Groups design, DNS, DHCP, and PowerShell
- SonicWall, Cisco Meraki, and Ubiquiti networking
- Storage systems and backup platforms
- Hybrid cloud environments/Hyper-V infrastructure
- Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Duo, CAP, SSO and SAML integrations
- SharePoint and file migrations
- Intune and device management
- Security or governance projects and technology modernization
- AI enablement projects involving Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio

- Current technical skills, with a desire to keep learning and growing, and general IT skills including design, implementation, service, and troubleshooting
- Someone able to handle the administrative duties of being an engineer in managing time and notes in tickets, developing documentation, creating scopes and estimates, writing assessments, and cracking me up with a timely movie reference, once in a while
- Someone who has been hands-on in the design, implementation, and support of modern networks and catering to Microsoft’s concept of Modern Work
- Deep experience in general networking and core infrastructure areas, especially Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, identity, and permissions.
- A great candidate would also have strong verbal and written skills to inspire internal and external client confidence.
