Executive Exchange 002: AI for Business Leaders
At our first session, leaders told us they were past the curiosity stage. This time we compare notes on what has actually happened since: practical uses of AI, lessons learned from adoption, where the growth opportunities are, and the challenges organizations are still working through.
On the table
- Where has AI actually saved your team time or money?
- What did you try that didn't work, and why?
- How are you handling employee use of AI tools you haven't approved?
- What would you need to see before investing more in AI in 2027?

Built for the people who make the call
- CEOs, presidents and business owners
- COOs, CFOs and other executive leaders
- City managers and utility leaders
- Leaders of organizations with 20 or more employees
Every attendee brings one guest: another owner, CEO or president you respect, ideally from an organization with 20 or more employees and not a direct competitor of anyone at the table. It is the kind of person you would want to grab lunch with anyway. Seats are limited, so we confirm each attendee and guest personally.
Takeaways from past sessions
After each Exchange we publish a summary of the conversation, with no names attached, so more leaders can put it to use.

Join us on November 5
Tell us about you and the executive you plan to bring. Not sure who yet? Leave it blank and we will follow up. We will reach out personally to confirm both seats and share the details.
Good questions
Is there a cost?
No. Lunch is on us. In return, we ask each attendee to bring one fellow executive they respect.
Is this a sales pitch?
No. There are no slides or product demos. It is a moderated conversation among peers. If you want to talk with Fulcrum afterward, we are happy to, but it is never part of the session.
Who should I bring?
Another business owner, CEO or president you respect: someone from a networking group, a vendor you like working with, or a friend who runs a company. Ideally they lead an organization with 20 or more employees and are not a direct competitor of anyone at the table. Once you share their name, we will reach out to them personally.
What if I can't think of someone to bring?
Request your seat anyway. If someone comes to mind before the event, just let us know. The conversation is worth it either way.
What if I can't make November 5?
Request a seat anyway and check the box to hear about future sessions. We hold an Exchange every few months.
