Use this form to register an opportunity for Managed IT Services, IT outsourcing, IT projects, or cybersecurity. Register it, we work it, and you earn a SPIFF on everything we invoice.
How it works
Four steps, in order. The clock starts the day you register the opportunity.

We confirm it’s eligible
We check the prospect against our database and let you know whether the referral qualifies.
They sign within 9 months
The prospect has to sign a contract within nine months of the date you registered them.
You get your SPIFF
Project and product SPIFFs pay on what we invoice each month. SPOT SPIFFs pay once, on signing.
SPIFF amounts
Two separate schedules. Products, services and projects pay every month you have invoiced business. New SPOT agreements pay once, when the client signs.

Based on the total of all your referred opportunities closed and invoiced in a single calendar month.

SPOT Managed Services & SPOT Shield
Based on the new client’s monthly recurring contract value. The prospect can’t already be in the Fulcrum database.

Term adjustment
Applies to SPOT Managed Services and SPOT Shield SPIFFs only. The longer the client commits, the more of the SPIFF you keep.

A net-new client signs a 24-month SPOT agreement at $4,200/mo.
$750 tier × 100% = $750
Same client, same rate, but an 18-month term instead.
$750 tier × 75% = $562.50
Two of your project referrals invoice $6,800 and $4,900 in the same month.
$11,700 total → $200 SPIFF
Eligibility
- You’re a current Fulcrum Group Strategic Partner. The program is open to partners with an active agreement in place.
- The opportunity is new to us. For SPOT Managed Services and SPOT Shield SPIFFs, the prospect can’t already be in the Fulcrum prospect database.
- Register before we talk to them. Submit the form when you identify the opportunity — that submission date is what starts the nine-month clock.
- They sign within nine months. If the contract is signed after that window closes, the opportunity is no longer eligible for a SPIFF.
- SPIFFs pay on invoiced revenue. Project and product tiers are measured on what we actually invoice, not on quoted or booked amounts.

SPIFF amounts are paid in U.S. dollars to the referring Strategic Partner. The Fulcrum Group reserves the right to decline a referral that is already an active client, an existing prospect, or a duplicate submission, and may modify or end this program at any time.
